DevSecOps: one delivery policy, generated into every pipeline, on every major cloud

Full DevSecOps deployment across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP) and Oracle Cloud (OCI), from the provider's modules or from our labs. Your platform and security teams set the delivery policy once. FORGE generates each project's pipeline from it, so the checks and the evidence are part of the path and no one has to remember them. It works with the pipeline tooling you already run, hosted or on premises. BtSavvy engineers build the pipelines inside your repositories and cloud accounts. Or your platform team builds them on FORGE with a forward-deployed engineer beside them, teaching as they go, and your team keeps the capability. It is the release discipline a SaaS provider runs on its own product, applied to the services you build and own.

A delivery control is only as strong as the pipeline that enforces it. A pipeline the constrained team can edit is a control that team can remove. An AI agent can write a change and approve it, and the content it reads can tell it to skip the checks. FORGE takes the pipeline out of the hands of the team it constrains. Your platform and security teams approve one delivery policy. It sets the blocking thresholds, the scanning rules, who may approve a production entry, and the order environments are entered in. Every pipeline is generated from it. Generation stops if the policy changed after approval, or if the person who approved it also wrote it. Production approval cannot be waived, and a change an AI proposed runs through the same gates as one a person wrote.

What the client gets

Two offerings, engaged separately or together.

A pipeline with every application built on FORGE. The pipeline is generated with the application, from the same design and the same approved policy. There is no separate pipeline project to commission.

A governed pipeline for the applications you already run. We assess how each application in scope reaches production now, including those never built on FORGE. Each gets a pipeline of its own, on the stack it already uses, that inherits your policy and replaces manual or console-driven deployment.

Safe entry into your cloud. We start by reading your cloud account without changing anything. Setting up the pipeline's access produces a step-by-step guide filled in with your real account and repository values. Nothing changes until your administrator approves it. Each deployment identity is scoped to the repository or branch you choose. Secrets go into your vault without passing through an AI tool or a file. Work that touches encryption keys, identity or private networking takes a stricter path automatically. On every pipeline we generate, code goes to source control, source control triggers the pipeline, and the pipeline deploys. No one deploys from a laptop.

In both offerings the pipeline carries the controls rather than pointing at them. A release cannot pass with tests that did not run, or below the coverage your policy sets. Scanning covers the image, the code, the dependencies, the secrets and the infrastructure definitions, and each release carries a software bill of materials. Rollback returns to the release the deployment record says was running. The record is written as the pipeline runs, so an audit reads a live trail.

When to engage

Engage the built-in delivery whenever an application is built on FORGE. The pipeline comes with it, so there is nothing separate to scope. The estate onboarding is for applications on any of the four clouds that deploy by hand, by script, or through pipelines with no security gates.

Accelerators on this service

DevSecOps engagements draw on tooling we built for the work. It covers pipeline generators for your tooling, deployment orchestration for each of the four clouds, policy-as-code gates, scanning and supply-chain controls, and release evidence stages. Each comes from the provider's modules where they fit, and from our labs where they do not. Your data and your intellectual property stay yours.

Adjacent services

DevSecOps delivers what Build and Data Foundation produce, onto the platform Cloud builds, into the environment Run operates. Assurance reads the deployment record directly. Governed Enablement deploys business-built systems through the same pipelines. AI Strategy & Architecture sets the delivery standards the pipeline policy is written to.

Two routes lead to DevSecOps. An application built on FORGE, and an existing application deployed without gates, merge into one gated pipeline.

Most engagements begin with the FORGE Diagnostic. We build a working slice of one workload to your standards, inside your security controls, and deploy it where you can watch it run. You see how its pipeline applies your delivery policy and produces release evidence. You keep the demonstration, its evidence and a readiness assessment, with a proposed next step. Nothing in your existing production is altered.
