Engineering and enablement
Governed Enablement: every team that builds with AI, held to the same standard
One governed process for every team that builds with AI, in engineering and in the business. Your experts set the architecture, the security controls and the platform standards once, and FORGE builds them into each project's engineering environment. Your engineers self-serve in it. Your business teams build at their own speed, on FORGE or on the low-code platforms they already use, under the same standards. What a business team ships on FORGE comes out engineered, and is supported like anything engineering delivers. A business team can build the service it would otherwise rent as SaaS, to the standard a SaaS provider holds itself to, and own it. Our forward-deployed engineers build alongside your people inside your repositories, cloud accounts and controls, and teach them the product and the discipline as they build. The capability stays with your team.
A workflow can become essential to a department before engineering knows it exists. A prototype gets used for real work, or a team picks up an AI tool before there is a policy about it. Governed Enablement gives every team a supported way to build. From your standards and a project's requirements, FORGE produces a complete engineering environment for that one project. It holds the design the software must satisfy and the tooling to build, deploy and operate it, with the applicable rules already inside. A builder who is not an architect still ships to the standard. The weight of governance follows the work and its risk, not the builder. Controls that do not apply to a workload are recorded as not applicable, never carried as work owed. The depth of review is worked out from the change itself, so no one can pick a lighter path. Progress, questions and results reach the builder in plain language, about their project and their decisions.
What the client gets
One governed process for everyone who builds with AI, along two tracks.
Engineer enablement. Your software engineers self-serve on FORGE, each project in its own environment with your standards already inside. Governance, observability and review are built into the path, so what they ship is built the way Build builds it.
Business enablement. Your business teams build governed solutions without becoming shadow IT. On FORGE, their work deploys through governed delivery and appears in the shared health view. It carries the same record of who decided what as an engineer-built system, and it is not capped at what low-code allows. Work on low-code platforms they already use, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate, comes under the same policies and governance surface. A change goes automatically to the people whose role must approve it, so a builder does not need to know who to ask. Joint business-and-IT teams come with it. So does training in how to give an AI agent the right context and how to run several agents together.
Across both tracks, your standards arrive as defaults. Departments add their own on top of the enterprise's, and every project under them inherits both. Your organisation decides which AI models teams on FORGE may use and on what terms. An approved model can be replaced without rebuilding what was built on it. One view shows which projects are behind your published standards, and before a standard changes you can see what it would affect. When a prototype becomes a service the business depends on, we help give it a named owner, a security review and a support tier.

When to engage
Engage Governed Enablement when AI building is already happening in engineering and in the business. You need all of it under one governed process. It fits when agent or low-code sprawl has started and no one can yet see it. It fits, too, when business teams should build solutions the business can depend on.
Accelerators on this service
Governed Enablement engagements draw on tooling we built for the work. It covers onboarding kits for engineers and business builders, low-code governance templates, discovery tools for flows and agents built outside engineering, and fusion-team enablement packs. Your data and your intellectual property stay yours.
Adjacent services
Governed Enablement runs on the platform Cloud builds, deploys through the pipelines DevSecOps generates, and is governed under Assurance. Business-built applications on FORGE come with the operator Run supervises. AI Strategy & Architecture sets the standards every enabled team inherits. Build delivers applications the same way your enabled engineers learn to build them.

Talk to BtSavvy about bringing all your AI building under one governed process.
Most engagements begin with the FORGE Diagnostic. We build a working slice of one workload to your standards, inside your security controls, and deploy it where you can watch it run. Your team sees how governed building works on its own workload. You keep the demonstration, its evidence and a readiness assessment, with a proposed next step. Nothing in your existing production is altered.
